Journal Prompt – When you question your feelings

Do you often question their feelings?

When that thought creeps up, when you lose your stance listening to someone else, question it.

If you take a moment to look at it, question it, you give yourself time to realize what YOU really feel.

If you learned something new and changed your mind, great, go forth with faith. But if you let someone just overpower your true thoughts, feelings, and desires give yourself a break but stand true in YOUR thought, feeling, and desire. 

Try this mantra when those moments present themselves. “I acknowledge the opinions of others have replaced my own feelings without my awareness at times. I release this. I speak MY truth, I allow myself to feel MY feelings, and follow MY own path. I am learning and growing with ease and grace.”  

Here are some great questions to get you creating your intentions for what you desire & want to achieve –

  • What do I really want?
  • What am I excited for? 
  • What do I wish to do/have/be more of? 
  • In what ways can I connect with the earth more? 
  • What goals do I have?
  • What steps can I take to achieve my goals?
  • What is one change I can implement to make my life easier/happier/more full of love? 
  • What am I grateful for?
